The most delicious week of the year, National Doughnut Week, is back from 12th – 19th May to raise funds for The Children’s Trust, the UK’s leading charity for children with brain injury and neurodisability.

This London steakhouse has created a Royal Affair doughnut to celebrate the Royal Wedding. The limited edition giant doughnut weighs 900g and combines UK ingredients with US flavours as a nod to Harry and Meghan.
The popular craft bakery chain is launching a range of delicious special edition doughnuts especially to raise funds, including S’more, Blueberry Cheesecake, Marz, Espresso, Raspberry Ripple, Irish Cream, Lemon Meringue and Salted Caramel!
Dunn’s is home to the birth of National Doughnut Week, as independent baker Christopher Freeman set up the fundraising event back in 1991. With the Royal Wedding taking place during National Doughnut Week, Dunn’s has created some beautiful Harry and Meghan themed doughnuts so you can celebrate two in one!
Doughnut Time is famous for its delicious artisan doughnuts with unique flavours, and will be launching an entire doughnut pop up in Old Street Station for the week and will be selling special doughnuts such as Chilling with Bae-Leys featuring a delicious liqueur flavour, Pump up the Jam oozing with jam, Notorious P.I.G. Web with pig sweets, Hotling Ring topped with party rings, and Build Me Up Buttercup with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
Every year Warings Bakery create a fun theme for National Doughnut Week and this year of course it’s the Royal Wedding! Delicious doughnuts created especially for the week include Raspberry Eton Mess, Elderflower Royal Wedding Cake, The Wedding Ring, The Ginger Toff, and Confetti & Crème.
An independent family craft bakery famous for their doughnuts, Jengers will be producing Extra Jammy Doughnuts, Apple Filled Doughnuts, Fondant Iced Doughnuts and Custard Doughnuts. This year’s special edition doughnut is chocolate and caramel, dipped in chocolate fudge and caramel icing, and sprinkled with caramel fudge cubes.
Following the Scottish bakery’s visit to a local nursery, the company will be producing a doughnut based on one of the children’s creations – Bertie’s Rainbow Doughnut – alongside its classic flavours.
The family theme park is offering visitors the chance to get involved with the fundraising by selling Salted Caramel, Raspberry Ripple, and Apple & Custard flavours alongside their famous ring doughnuts. A hot drink and a doughnut will be on offer all week for £3.35, or a ring doughnut with ice cream for £2.65 in Fun Foods.
The Catalan restaurant will be donating 20p from every Chocolate y Churros sold during the week to the charity. Sprinkled with cinnamon sugar and served with a thick hot chocolate sauce, these homemade churros are delicious.
The family owned baker which originated in Leigh has signed up to National Doughnut Week and will be offering delicious chocolate and custard and jam filled doughnuts to raise funds.
